Milap Badiani
Managing Director
With over 8 years of extensive experience in the Tanzanian insurance industry, Milap Badiani brings a
wealth of knowledge and expertise to AfriTech. His diverse background spans various sectors within the
industry, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of its intricacies. Milap holds a degree in
Business and Management, complemented by his status as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of
Loss Adjusting. Specializing in property commercial claims, he is dedicated to ensuring excellence and
precision in every aspect of our operations.
Barath Seshadri
Principal Officer
With a diverse background and extensive experience spanning 15 years, Barath Seshadri is a valuable
asset to the AfriTech team. Holding a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in Oil & Gas, he is
also a Chartered Engineer (India). Barath's expertise in insurance loss adjusting spans 9 years, during
which he has worked with reputable companies in the Indian insurance industry. His exposure to various
industries, including Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Construction, and Power, enriches
our team with invaluable insights and capabilities.
